Uzoma Florence Obidike, PhD., is a Career Transition Coach and founder of She Leads Beautifully. Her mission is to teach women in stagnant careers how to tap into their networks to access dream career opportunities. She is also the Clinical Experiences and Internship Manager at National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Uzoma is a contributing author of the book No Ways Tired: The Journey for Professionals of Color in Student Affairs. She has graced local and national stages where she led talks on leadership and career development. In 2019, she was named Up and Coming Woman in Education for the Influential Women of Northwest Indiana Awards.

Dr. Uzoma attended Indiana University Bloomington where she attained both a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and a Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs. She earned her doctorate through the Higher Education Leadership program at Indiana State University.
